How do i get rid of stains on a vintage white Chiffon dress?
I found this amazing vintage white Chiffon dress but the only problem is that it has two big stains on both sides of the dress. the stains are brown and very noticeable against the white fabric. how do i go about getting rid of these stains?
DO NOT BLEACH VINTAGE FABRIC!!!!!!!!!

Bleach will eat up the vintage fabric. Especially if it hasnt been cared for and it doesnt sound like it has. You want to try and soak it in OxyClean or a mixture of baking soda and white vinegar.
If that doesn't work, try smearing a paste of moistened Ajax or Comet and let it set then rise in col, cold water and NEVER put the dress into a dryer.
If all else fails, dye. It's better to have a dyed garments than one that is going to crumble apart.
