How did poster art provoke support for WWI? (In Great Britain)?
There is of course the famous Lord Kitchener posters, where it show his face and hand pointing directly at the viewer, with the words 'Wants You' or 'Your Country Needs You'. The Americans blatantly copied this with their own one that featured Uncle Sam, and the Soviets had similar posters during WW2.
